  • Leadership & Team Management:

  • Guest Service:
    • Ensure exceptional guest service at all times.
    • Respond promptly and effectively to guest complaints and inquiries.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with regular guests.
    • Monitor guest feedback and implement necessary improvements.
  • Financial Performance:
    • Develop and execute strategies to increase revenue and profitability.
    • Manage inventory and minimize food and beverage costs.
    • Control labor costs and ensure efficient operations.
    • Prepare and analyze financial reports.
    • Monitor and control expenses.
  • Operations Management:
    • Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, including food preparation, service, and cleanliness.
    • Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.
    • Maintain the restaurant's appearance and ensure it is always clean and inviting.
    • Conduct regular inspections of the restaurant and identify areas for improvement.
  • Marketing & Sales:
    • Participate in local community events and marketing initiatives.
    • Develop and implement promotional campaigns to attract new guests.
    • Leverage social media and other digital platforms to enhance brand awareness.

The Restaurant General Manager is responsible for the overall success of the restaurant. This includes overseeing all aspects of restaurant operations, from hiring and training staff to managing inventory and ensuring guest satisfaction. The General Manager is a key leader within the restaurant, responsible for creating a positive and productive work environment while driving sales and profitability.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Restaurant General Manager or in a similar role.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Toast software.
  • Passion for the food and beverage industry.
  • Strong work ethic and a commitment to excellence.
